Since moving to Canada, what I’ve missed most isn't fancy gourmet cuisine, but the street snacks I used to grab on my way home from school as a kid—deep-fried skewers, grilled sausages, flaky *shouzhua bing* (hand-grabbed pancakes), and ice-cold fresh-squeezed juice. Those familiar flavors always evoke memories of childhood and the comforting feeling of home. That’s how "Foodie Girl Street Eats" came to be. We want to bring the authentic, bustling vibe of Chinese street food stalls right here to Canada.
